About the Hosts
Alexa Houser
Alexa Houser is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner living in Philadelphia, PA.
After experiencing her own spiritual awakening, which was catalyzed by back-to-back ER visits for an unexplained swelling of the body, Alexa discovered and fell in love with EFT, also known as “tapping.” She has benefited from this quantum healing technique, utilizing EFT to process anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship and money issues, sexual shame, and more.
In addition to building her EFT practice, Alexa enjoys hosting The Positive Head Podcast one day a week as well as her own project, Innerbloom Podcast, which she co-hosts with her best friend, psychic medium Amby Matthews. Both of these podcasts explore spiritual growth, consciousness, living a positive life, and all things metaphysical.
It is Alexa’s life mission to aid others in receiving the healing they seek, and to inspire individuals to step into their power as creators of their own life experience.
Ambrosia Matthews
Amby Matthews is a psychic medium and mom of three, who has been seeing and communicating with spirits since the age of 5.
Although she spent many years living in fear of her intuitive gifts, Amby has recently learned to embrace them and now spends her days and nights giving readings to those looking for clarity about their life path, or acting as a medium for those wanting to connect with their loved ones in spirit.
Amby also acts as a channel to a loving and benevolent Arcturian being who refers to himself as John.
